All Sales
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all orders. Production and quoted lead times begin when the deposit is received. Final payment of the balance due and shipping costs must be received before shipping.
Custom Orders
We welcome the opportunity to build custom one of a kind furniture pieces that are in keeping with the spirit of past work. All furniture is customized to the client's dimensions, storage layout needs, and material choices. Please reach out if you believe our furniture could work for your situation.
Samples + Materials
Finish samples are available upon request, and three samples are permitted at a time. Samples are representative of the finish color, not necessarily the wood grain.
Forms of Payment
Accepted Payments, Check is preferable at no extra cost, but we can accept all major Credit Cards and bank transfers; all processing fees apply.
Warranty
Our furniture should function as intended in a residential setting. If you are the original owner and believe that it does not function as intended due in some way to our workmanship, please contact us, and we will assess how to resolve the problem best, whether repair or replacement. Dings, scratches, and discoloration from the sun or environmental conditions are not warranted. The furniture can be shipped to us for refinishing at an additional cost.
​Shipping + Storage
All furniture and sculptures are built by Wyatt Speight Rhue in Swansboro, NC, and are shipped via an insured shipper. Please confirm at the time of order the shipping address and whether it is residential or commercial.
Storage space for finished pieces is limited, and we ask that the final balance and shipping costs be paid quickly to expedite the piece. If the finished piece can not be shipped right away, please let us know so we can arrange storage at a storage facility at an additional cost.
Damage
Finishes are hand-rubbed oil and wax finishes that, once cured, offer protection from water and scratching. We ask you to use Howard's Feed and Wax to clean and protect the table regularly. If, by chance, the furniture's stained or scratched, contact us, and we will walk you through how you can refresh the finish.
Return Policy
All sales are final, All deposits are non-refundable, and Cancellations result in the loss of the initial deposit.
