The arbor table is turned on the lathe and then carved straight from the log leaving the natural edge for the table top.  Then it is carefully dried to allow for the natural checks to form radially from the logs pith.  There is no Joinery to work loose over time.

 Local tree services notify me when suitable hardwoods become available.  Diameters range from 18" - 24" with height up to 30".  Please allow six to eight weeks for custom orders.
